Chefs (First Cook)

We provide our Chefs with the highest quality ingredients, equipment, and support to create outstanding meals. Chefs are tasked with creating exciting menu items to ‘WOW’ our guests. As well as maintaining a clean and sanitary (Food Safe) kitchen, also participating in our safety program daily. Chefs are responsible for grocery and supply orders as well as a weekly inventory. Red Seal or equivalent experience a must. First aid, Food Safe and WHMIS are required.

Second Cooks

Second Cooks serve as support for the chef. They are also in charge of all baking and garde manger. Second Cooks are responsible for the detail in the dining room (stocking, organizing, ect.) also participating in our safety program daily. Must have experience baking in a professional setting. Restaurant or camp experience an asset. First aid, Food Safe and WHMIS required.

Housekeeper (Camp Attendant)

Camp Attendants are tasked with maintaining a clean and organized camp in all areas except for the kitchen. Cleaning guests rooms once each day, maintaining extremely sanitary bathrooms throughout each day, and other daily cleaning duties, as well as participating in our safety program each day. Hotel or camp experience is a huge asset. First aid and WHMIS required.

Baker

Experienced bakers, Capable of creating a multitude of delicious and esthetically pleasing cookies, bars, loaves, and squares. As well as desserts, like cakes, pies, custards, and crumbles. Camp experience not essential but an asset. Must participate in our safety program daily. Red Seal an asset. WHIMIS, Food safe, and first aid are required.

General Helper

This is a support role for all the other positions. Cleaning, stocking, and dishes are the main duties. Must report to head chef or field supervisor daily for extra tasks as well. Camp experience is an asset. Must have WHIMIS and first aid.

Maintenance

This position requires a good amount of knowledge and experience dealing with broken or malfunctioning tools and equipment. Some knowledge of carpentry. Experience setting up and shutting down camps is a great asset. You must be physically fit and able to work long hours if needed sometimes. Must be a focused, safety oriented, and trustworthy person. Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstracts required.
